There's a lot that we lose when we grow up. One of the things is the simple joy and amazement at the simple things around us. To this child, the stick and the water constitute both reflection and amusement.

Life is a tapestry filled with the threads of time. Time is everchanging, a stream endlessly flowing towards the ebbs of eternity. Life travels either with it or against it. Those too indecisive to choose either will drown.
